For Fall 2023, Undergraduate History Advising will be done through both remote and in-person appointments. History majors, History Certificate students, and prospective students can set up appointments through the History Starfish page. Students can also email Scott Burkhardt (Academic Advisor), Christina Matta (Career Advisor), and the Undergraduate Peer Advisors directly.
The History Department’s Undergraduate Program is located in the main History Department office in 3211 Mosse Humanities Building. We are on the third floor in the northeast corner of the building (closest to Memorial Library). Our staff can answer questions about what classes to take, graduation requirements, post-graduation plans, and many other topics!
Our Staff

declare the major or certificate and can discuss any questions or concerns
regarding academics. Scott is available to meet with students via scheduled

She can talk with you about career options, post-graduation plans, internships, and other topics related to professional development. Schedule an appointment with her using Starfish.
