I am currently interested in the history of computing in China, particularly the development of China’s domestically produced computers from the 1960s to the 1990s. Before coming to UW–Madison, I worked as a product manager and marketing manager in China’s tech industry for several years.
Prior to that, I received my master’s degree in Journalism and Communication from Peking University, where I studied the interactions between social robots and the elderly. My academic and professional experiences have shaped my interest in the development and history of computing in modern China.
Drawing on my firsthand experience in China’s tech industry, I welcome conversations with anyone interested in China’s tech sector and the history of computing in China.
