Constantine "Dean" Pagedas

Constantine “Dean” Pagedas (’91) is Executive Vice President and COO, International Technology and Trade Associates, Inc. (ITTA), a small consulting company in Washington, DC. He works with senior officials from U.S., Japanese, and European companies, government agencies, and industrial associations in the areas of aerospace, space, defense, intelligence, cybersecurity, and information technology; cross-border mergers and acquisitions; U.S. national industrial security policy and export controls; transportation and infrastructure; as well as government research and development activities. He is also the Editor of the Mediterranean Quarterly: A Journal of Global Issues, and a frequent contributor to many scholarly books and journals.
