David Hall

Dave worked for Epic System for 25 years in a variety of roles – programming, training, project management, administration. Prior to that he was a high school math teacher for 13 years. Now in retirement he spends much of his time enjoying the experience of living in New York City near twin grandsons. UW’s History of Science Department is what drew Dave and his wife Margie from the East Coast in the 1970’s. Dave considers the two years spent getting his Masters Degree while David Lindberg was department chairman to be extremely influential in his education and lifelong interests. He is grateful also to UW for providing the opportunity to take Computer Science courses during summers while he was teaching at Sun Prairie High School; these led to his career at Epic.
