Biography
My research explores 20th-century California labor history with a focus on the U.S.-Mexican borderlands and the intersections of race, gender, and radical politics. I am interested in how living conditions, welfare systems, and labor struggles shaped everyday experiences and ignited movements for social change during the 1930s in the Imperial Valley.
