The Department Administration Associate manages/coordinates faculty and non-faculty instructor Human Resource processes including recruitment and evaluation. This position coordinates all department-wide events, arranges all non-employee travel, honoraria payments, and non-employee travel reimbursements. As a Purchasing Card Holder, make appropriate and allowable purchases on behalf of the department. This position also manages all department space and handles facilities issues (repairs, furniture, keys, office assignments, etc.). In addition, this position provides administrative assistance to the department chair, department administrator and other members of the department administrative team.
