Michal Friedman


Biography

I am the 2018-2019 George L. Mosse Fellow to the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I am currently working on my M.A at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where I also completed my B.A studies in history, graduating summa cum laude. My main field of interest is European cultural history, and most especially the history of food.
