  • Course Change Form - To add, drop, or change the number of credits for a course, please use the Course Change Request form in your Student Center. To get to the form, click on the course enrollment button on the left-hand side of the page. In that section, there will be 6 or 7 different tabs under that heading - click on the one for Term Information. You should see a link there for Course Change Request. Click there and choose the correct class. From there, follow the directions on the screen and when you get to the end, save and print the document. The printed page will ask for a few signatures, including yours, the professor's, and the Dean's. To get the Dean's signature, take the completed form to 70 Bascom and they will process your request.
