Publications

Over time the CSAC has produced a voluminous body of work. The majority of our efforts have been directed at producing Documentary History of the Ratification of the Constitution (currently 24 volumes). Other volumes include biographies, topical studies, encyclopedia entries, and scholarly articles. Biographies include works done on Washington, Jefferson, Madison, George Clinton, the Marquis de Lafayette and Abigail Adams. Topical studies have been done on slavery, the Federalist and Anti-Federalist debates, the drafting and ratification of the Bill of Rights. We have also included a collection of interviews done for UW’s University of the Air Series.
